Our philosophy of chiropractic care is holistic, treating our patients with consideration of the many interconnected parts of their lives. Obtaining optimum health is a continuous process, not just the result of "when it hurts, fix it." Our goal is to promote well-being and empower our patients to aspire to new levels of health. Our staff is dedicated to providing high-quality services in a warm and healing professional environment.
We treat patients of all ages though many stages of life; from pregnancy, birth, and onward though senior living, our goal is to provide our patience with outstanding health and vitality. Though it is much easier to maintain excellent health than to react to a crisis, we work with our patients to help them maintain the health of their spines for the rest of their lives wherever you are on their wellness journey.
We are committed to providing our patients with a mutually satisfying experience. We welcome and encourage questions about treatment, fees, or our patients general experience in our care as they arise. Patient health, confidence and comfort is always our first concern.
I have great respect for chiropractors and have been going to them for years. When we moved to Cape St. Claire we found Dr. Wallie and have become close friends as well as devoted clients.
My husband has complained about back pain for 30 years but is a "tough guy" and would not DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! I FORCED him to visit your practice and he has become a loyal fan! He feels 100% better because of your treatments. I always wait until I am doubled up in pain--then come to you--but I'm ALWAYS better afterward! Thanks for your good work and cheerful, loving natures!!
I had always tried to be very active and had never really incorporated Chiropractic into my lifestyle. Unfortunately I had a back injury that literally debilitated me and I didn't think I would ever feel the same again. I was in complete agony. The doctors at Broadneck Family Chiropractic worked with me and gave me a true understanding of how important proper alignment is and developed a treatment plan for me. I went from thinking I would never be able to exercise again to running a half marathon in a few short months. Chiropractic is now part of my health and fitness routine and I can't imagine functioning without it. I have never felt better and more in tune with my body. The doctors at Broadneck Family emit such a level of comfort and understanding that I can't imagine going anywhere else!
Today was my first adjustment, Dr. Carrie & the staff were very friendly and showed that they genuinely cared about my pain. I felt INSTANT relief after she worked her magic! As soon as I got home I took a nap & for the first time in a very long time I slept so good that I actually dreamed. I am so thankful my Dr. suggested this practice!
I am Happy to report that after treatment and adjustments for neck and back pain at Broadneck Family Chiropractic practice my range of motion in my neck has increased and I have less pain.
I also discovered that my height has increased by 2 inches!
The doctors are warm and friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere.
As a native of Maryland, Dr. Carrie has returned home to provide excellent chiropractic care to Annapolis. Having been introduced to a naturalistic lifestyle at an early age combined with an interest in the sciences, she discovered a personal and professional interest in chiropractic as a teenager.
She chose Salisbury University, on the eastern shore of Maryland to complete her undergraduate work, and Life University College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA for her doctorate. Dr. Carrie is also certified in physiotherapy, and in practice has a focus in Pediatric and peri-natal care, injury prevention and rehabilitation, spinal curve correction and restoration, and family wellness care for people of all ages. Dr. Carrie is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Her philosophy, in short, is that healthcare should be provided when you are not only sick, but when you are well to maintain your strong mind and body.
Dr. Carrie lives in Annapolis with her husband Tim, daughter Lila, and dog Mazey. She enjoys being outdoors, and especially on the water.
Karen, our office manager, has been with BFC since 2011. She is a native of Pennsylvania but has called Maryland home for over 25 years. She loves living by the water, boating, kayaking and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
When she is not at our office or caring for children and animals, Sigrun can be found exploring the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, spending time with her loved ones or promoting joy and wellness to others!
Karen's background is in retail management and she's enjoying the opportunity to work with our wonderful Doctors, staff and our amazing patients at BFC! Being a person who is very health conscious, it is great to see how chiropractic not only benefits herself but the patients she works with every day!
